Ayurveda One to One Sessions in Galway
Demystifying Ayurveda, "science of life", ancient Indian system of holistic healing, one to one sessions will teach you about your body's natural needs through each season, and how to bring yourself back into balance using specific foods/plants, gentle cleanses and self-care routine adjusted to your personal body type (dosha).
Yoga and meditation being sisters to Ayurveda, you will also be taught specific yoga poses, breathing and meditation balancing your body and mind throughout the different seasons.
